The documentary “Ser Imigrante em Cascais” presents some of the different aspects of immigration in Portugal, bringing together autobiographical narratives of nine Brazilian immigrants in their integration process in the municipality of Cascais. Stories of motivations, discoveries, affections, bonds, gathered in a film built through a shared methodology in a space of reflection on what the integration process is.

This project was promoted by the Municipality of Cascais in partnership with Casa do Brasil in Lisbon, with financial support from the Municipality of Cascais and FAMI-Fund for Asylum, Migration and Integration, took place between June and December 2017.
