The annual EU Ambassadors conference opened in Brussels today, August 28, with the High Representative Federica Mogherini speech to heads of EU delegations around the world, and Heads of the EU Missions,  EU Special Representatives and EU Envoys. President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker and President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani will address the Ambassadors the second day of the conference.
