On Thursday 7^th July Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Luis Miguel Hincapié and Vice-Minister of Finance of Panama Varela de Chinchilla visit Brussels and gave a press briefing on Panama’s Economic success story and the new business opportunities flowing from the Panama Canal expansion.
