The European Centre for Economic Diplomacy also known as International Diplomatic and Consular Society (CIDIC), has organised a mission in the Netherlands for May 2016.
The three-days meeting called Diplomatic, Economic and Academic Days (DEA) will start the 10th of May since the 12th.
Such mission aims to bring together Dutch and Belgian entrepreneurs, businesses and universities in order to facilitate informally privileged relations between the countries holding the semester presidency of the EU’s Council.
Next 16 February a pre-mission will start in The Hague and Amsterdam to finalise the programme.
DEA is patronised by HRH Princess Alexander of Belgium, by the Foreign Affairs Federal Public Service and the European Commission’s DG Growth.
Next up is DEA Missions in Slovakia in 2016, next year in Malta and the United Kingdom, in Estonia and Bulgaria in 2018, in Austria and Romania in 2019 and in Finlandia in 2020.
By setting up these events, CIDIC is playing a unifying role between the institutions, businesses and academia.
