Xavier Bettel, leader of DP concedes a sevefre defeat today
Ugly day for Prime Minister Xavier Bettel and his governement of liberal-democrats(DP)/socialists and greens(dei greng).
They were severely defeated this sunday at the referendum in ordre to modify the Luxemburg constitution.
The population answered three times NO to the questions of the referendum, as asked by the opposition of former prime minister and today EC-chairman Jean-Claude Juncker (CSV)
