3 BELGIAN INTERNS WILL WORK FOR THE EUROPEAN SPACE AGENCY

esaThe Belgian Scientific Policy will launch its three first interns from the National trainee Programme in the European Spatial Agency (ESA). They are young engineers and have been selected among 30 other candidates to enrol the prestigious institution. The trainees will research an develop spatial projects on fields such as system engineering, microwave technology or radio-navigation surrounded by an international team

They’ve been hire thanks to the recent agreement of july 2013 between the Scientific Policy (BELSPO) and the ESA that aim to promote careers in the spatial sector for Belgian scientific ingineers. The internship will last one year and the next run of selections will start next spring. The agreement is still one small step for the BELSPO but undeniably one giant leap for the future career of those Belgians.
