Following the UN general assembly in New York, both prime minister Elio Di Rupo and minister of foreign affairs Didier Reynders went yesterday to Ground Zero, the place where the terrorist attacks took place in 2001.

They paid a tribute to the victims and to the memory of a belgian citizen, the only one who died in the fierce assaults.
