JAN 24th 2013 – Today, the highest belgian administrative jurisdiction validated the elections in the brussels Woluwe-Saint-Pierre where the citizens won’t have to vote again.

Different legal prooedures were introduced by the former mayor and aldermen against the results of last elections of october 14th 2013.

Benoit Cerexhe will thus be appointed as new mayor in the coming days when other legal suits regarding to electoral expenses will have been judged.
