Every year, the organisators choose another chairman, eacht time a personnality of the Belgian film scene. The choice made in 2013 appoints Yolande Moreau as chairman.
Yolande Moreau is a notorious belgian actress, born in Brussels in 1953. Besides being an actress, she is also a film director. Yolande Moreau is a prize-winner of three belgian awards (2005 and 2009).
The 4 nominee movies for this edition are: Mobile Home, A perdre la raison, 38 témoins and Dead Man Talking.
