A wonderful spectacle was offered for the end of 2012 celebrations to the visitors of the Louise Distric.

A famous canadian light architect Bernard DUGAY created a festival of round bubbles called Bül to enlight the dark winter evenings of the Louise district and bring joy and various lights to this shopping part of Brussels.

The inauguration of this fabulous project with lots of partners (Region of Brussels, Brussels Louise, champagne Laurent Perrier, province of Quebec) was the occasion of a sympathetic encounter between belgian and canadian partners and lots of champagne Laurent Perrier was drunk at the Sofitel Louise where an exclusive party took part.
