With a tweet spread in the afternoon the US president threatens to extend the trade sanctions already planned for steel and aluminum. «We will respond blow to blow to the EU»

If the E.U. wants to further increase their already massive tariffs and barriers on U.S. companies doing business there, we will simply apply a Tax on their Cars which freely pour into the U.S. They make it impossible for our cars (and more) to sell there. Big trade imbalance!

The president of the United States threatens to extend barriers to imports from the other side of the Atlantic to cars coming from Europe; in recent days he announced the introduction of tariffs on steel and aluminum coming from outside the US borders.
