“New Beginning, New Fields, New Vision”, this is the name of the 4^th meeting that will be held between leaders of China and the 16 Central and Eastern European countries (CEE) for the first time in China, in the eastern city of Suzhou from November 24 to 25. The purpose of the summit is to promote a deep cooperation between China and Europe, both sides are expected to adopt new measures in order to develop trade, economy, finance and agriculture in the next five years.

According to GAO (Government Accountability Office) China has invested more than 5 billion U.S. dollars in CEE countries, whereas the CEE companies have invested more than 1.2 billion U.S. dollars in China.

The Minister of Slovak Economy Vazil Hudak stated that the meeting would be a way to strengthen communication between the two parts and it would push these countries to work together on common developments.
