ISIS: new bombardments killed 40 islamic militants.
The International coalition air has realized new bombardments against the Kurdish town of Kobane, in the North of Syria. At least 40 ISIS (Islamic State) militants were killed, as reported by the National Observatory for Human Rights (ONDUS). French President François Hollande said he is in favor of creating a “buffer zone between Syria and Turkey to accommodate and protect displaced people and to prevent the massacre of the people of the north of Syria.”
The militia of the Islamic State have been forced to back away from some of the positions they had conquered in the Kurdish city of Kobane because of the International Coalition air raids.
Seven militants of the Isis, including a British national, have been killed today during a bombardememnt of the International Coalition in Iraq. The blitz, in which 11 other jihadists have been wounded, has taken place against a convoy near Fallujah, 60 kilometers west of Baghdad, which since last January was an ISIS territory. The UK citizen, who has been killed during the last air raid, has been identified as Abu Mohammaed.
In September at least 4 chemical attacks had been made with chlorine gas in Iraq by the Isis. This has been reported by the Russian delegation to the Executive Council of the Opac, which also adds that in the country several barrels, which were filled with chlorine gas, were found and whose the terrorist groups are expert in.
In the meantime Canada has decided to join the United States and the other allies in the International coalition against the Isis in Iraq and Syria. The parliament has approved the motion of Stephen Harper’s governement by a narrow majority. The Prime Minister, however, has confirmed that Canada will not send troops for land warfare.
The NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, will be in Ankara next Thursday for a two-day visit. Stoltenberg will have meetings with the Turkish President Recep Erdogan, the Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and several ministers.
