In 1908 Leopold II decided to transfer Congo to the Kingdom of Belgium, as a gift. Congo remained a belgian colony till 1960 when it became independant.
H.E. Prof Dr. Henry Mova emphasized the need for the congolese population to recover their pride ad they recovered their independance. Congo is a country oriented to the future and its very important economical assets.
