VENETA CUCINE AT MILAN DESIGN WEEK

140417112620_img_1405The 2014 edition of the ‘Salone del Mobile’ has just ended and the results can only be described as positive. Attendance increased by 20% compared to the previous edition. Veneta Cucine chose to appear in two locations this year: at ‘Eurocucina’, in the exhibition area, and in the ‘Foro Buonaparte’ in the ‘Brera Design District’, where the showroom is located.

The increase in attendees was felt at the Veneta Cucine stand too. It received a large number of visitors and great interest was shown in its designs, all of which have two founding principles in common that have guided the company in selecting new products: materials and materiality. The new finishings highlighted the importance of raw materials and the ability to interpret the tastes and aesthetic preferences of the consumer, underlining the “life occasion-oriented” attitude of the business combined with its “design oriented” attitude.

The container designed by Donegani&Lauda, a glass box that enclosed an exclusive wooden central island, created the backdrop for a journey through the world of Veneta Cucine. This new design scenario was also recreated at the showroom in the ‘Foro Buonaparte’. The evening events that were dedicated to the clients included the presentation of new products and ‘Add More’ designs. The presence of famous chefs also helped to create an enjoyable event.
