The belgian delegation at Mandela’s farewell ceremony in Johannesburg will be lead by our King Philippe. Both prime minister Elio Di Rupo and deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs Didier Reynders will be present. The regions will also send two first ministers: Kris Peeters and Rudy Demotte.
