More than 300 people ( European institutions , international organizations, belgian politicians – including the mayor of  Etterbeek Vincent De Wolf- , Moroccan community and civil society) have responded to the invitation of the Mission of Morocco to the European Union, represented by HE Alem Menouar in partnership with the Ambassador of Morocco in Belgium and Luxembourg, HE Samir Addahre to take part in the celebration of the independence Day of Morocco in the prestigious buildings of the Residence Palace, rue de la Loi.

On this occasion, in full collaboration with a Mission , a wonderful documentary was screened in preview. This film, directed by the great journalist -producer Hassan El Bouarrhouti addresses a thorny problem in international law : the Sahara with the emergence of the Polisario and the game played by foreign powers : Spain, Algeria , Libya, etc …

The film is entitled ” IDENTITY OF A FRONT”

The projection of this panting fim presented by Latifa Ait- Baala , was followed by a round table attended by Mustapha Barazani , known for being the man of Polisario propaganda from 1974 for about 20 years. He considers that ” the packaging of the Polisario to better sell itself is important to them  but it is an empty shell .” There was also Ghema Gil, journalist / writer who has focused his intervention on the acts Polisario particularly against the Spanish population  and  Charles Pro geopolitical scientist who has focused on the evolution of this movement which became over time a handful of people who get rich on the back of the international community and the attorney Pierre Legros spoke too . The debates were lively and courteous . The documentary will be screened soon in other European capitals .

The evening ended in the greatest tradition of Moroccan hospitality with  wine , tea , dates and pastries.
