The OECD based in Paris decided to extend the term of Yves Leterme as deputy secretary-general for a period of two years. He is now based in Paris.

He will continue to assist the secretary-general Angel GURRIA.

Yves Leterme is the former prime minister of Belgium. He served two times as prime minister. He was also minister-president of the flemish regional government, minister of budget and minister of foreign affairs.
