Astrid Lulling MEP (CSV/EPP, Lu), a strong voice in the european parliament commented last week general elections in Luxemburg: an act of political piracy.

This friday, the mayor of Luxemburg Xavier Bettel who the leader of the DP has been appointed by the Grand-Duc Henri to give shape to a new government liberal/socialist/green.

Astrid Lulling MEP, as member of the strongest party in the Luxemburg House of Representatives, even with some seats less, considers that her party can’t be excluded of the negociations. She thinks that the price to be paied to get the greens onboard will be very high. The will of the voters has to be respected as CSV (the christiandemocrats) came out as strongest party out of the ballots.
