At 12.00, the President of the House of Representatives Andre Flahaut held a strong plea for the constitutional monarchy which has saved Belgium against lots of difficulties anf which gave stability to this complicated country
At 12.30 belgian time, Philippe of Belgium swore the constitutional oath in the 3 belgian national languages with a strong voice.
His speech, first speech of his reign gave a huge impression of self-confidence, stength and long preparation.
