Champagne Picard & Boyer has champagnes of high level and gastronomy.
The wine estate, located at Chateau de Vrilly has three vintages.
The vintage starting ESPRIT DE FAMILLE is refined, expressive and composed of 70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay with three years of aging in the cellar. The palate is generous beautiful, greedy.
The ROSE is a marvel. The predominance of Pinot Meunier and 15% still Pinot Noir added is a true rosé champagne. mellow, generous, greedy. It recalls cherry and raspberry and one glass calls anotherone.
The RESERVE DE FAMILLE is exceptional. It is made of 80% Chardonnay aged 6 months in barrels. It gives a a buttery note, is fat and brioché. 20% Pinot Noir bring structure, fat, and chews. This is a Champagne we reocmmand for exceptional moments.
