The cruise boat MSC Preziosa was launched today during a colorfull ceremony in Saint Nazaire.

MSC CRUISES officially received its new cruise boat MSC Preziosa, a boat of the same class as the Fantasia. It’s the fourth ship of the same class to have been built in Saint-Nazaire.

During this ceremony the flag of the STX shipyards has been set down and the italian flag has been hoisted when the attendants listened to the italian hymn. Laurent Castaing,  general manager  STX France delivered officially the ship to  Gianluigi Aponte, owner of MSC Cruises.  Giuliano Bossi will be the captain of the cruise ship.

Erminio Eschena, general manager of  MSC Cruises France/Belgium/Luxembourg  was present like Alexa Aponte Vago, deputy president of MSC Cruises. The champagne bottle broke on the ship hull and the ceremony ended.
