BDLI DISCUSSING FUTURE OF SPACE INDUSTRY
MARCH.07.2013 – At the Bayern Permanent Representation in Brussels, members of the Bundesverband der Deutschen Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie met to discuss the new challenges of the space industry in Europe.
The BDLI met in Brussels at a very crucial moment when the conference of ministers from the ESA (European Space Agency) will meet to feine a common space policy for Europe in the coming years and expecting common european rules for the space industry.
A very interesting panel gathered Jean-Jacques Dourdan, chairman ESA; Johann-Patrick Wörner, DLR-vorstandsvorzitsende; Klaus-Peter Willoch; Mario Fuchs from BDLI and Gilbert Kirkham from the NASA; Mario FUCHS, vorzitsende OHB AG.
The president of the CEAS David Marshall subsequently awarded a gold medal to Prof. Dr. Manfred Fuchs, founder of OHB Systems AG for his log career in the service of the space industry and his realizations.
