Didier REYNDERS is born in Liège (Belgium) in 1958. He studied law at the University of Liège. He was president of the belgian railways, member of the House of Representatives (1992), group chairman  of the liberals at the House of Representatives, Minister of finance (1999-2012). He is now minister of Foreign Affairs and member of the city council in Liège.
