Jan 23rd 2013- Caroline Laporte is an enterprising french woman who successfully in october 2012 ran a second time for a seat in the city council of Ixelles (in the Brussels region).

Caroline lives for 10 years in belgium. Since her election in 2006, Caroline, as city councillor, has helped frenchmen moving to Belgium and living in Belgium to find their way in the paths of belgian administration. She has also helped expats from other EU-countries and many belgian citizens.

Yesterday Caroline invited her friends for an exclusive new year’s reception where she welcomed the participants with some bubble and where they had the occasion to network.
