Balance and fruit first! This wine is a blend of the three traditional grape sorts and some red wine gives its delicate salmon color.

Its fresh and fruity nose is reminiscent of a basket of red fruit, raspberry and cherry. There  are gourmand notes of white peach, with a hint of liquorice.

Supple and fleshy mouth rests on a pleasant liveliness, a perfect mix and a nice finish. A rosé of finesse and elegance.

The perfect match?

We drink it for aperitif or during a meal with sushi, fish cream or a small roast veal with mushrooms. It will also be great with a dessert with berries, provided you do not forget to serve up to 8 °.
