The peace keeping missions of the United Nations #VictorAngelo #UnitedNations

First of all, according to United Nations representative, Victor Angelo, any type of mission that includes the UN must be resolved peacefully with no force. A long term peace is what this purpose is for.
Victor Angelo says that the Security comity is actually reactive and superficial instead of being more directive and strategical. “There’s no keepers where there’s no peace“.
To ensure some difficult missions, the use of force is sometimes very necessary and is often more concidered than following the political power in place. It brings quickly a balance in the local problematic situation. All things said, the force of deployment must be proportional or a bit higher than the opposition force.
A reinforcement program is actually being put in place for 5 years. A budget arround 100 million dollars per year will be used for 6 countries such as Ethiopia, Rwanda and Uganda and others.
