The car brand will renew all its offer from next year: from the brand new Ampera-e to the Insignia.
Opel will run at full speed in 2017 with an offensive of innovations across all the range. An offer that will be completely renewed by 2020, with by then the appearance of 29 new models. Some cars will give the preference to electromobility, others to elegance, lightness or sportiness. The electrical motor cars acquire their letter of nobility with the Ampera-e, which appeared during the last Paris Motor Show. Thanks to its sporting performances, its generous interior space and its autonomy of more than 500 kilometers. Or among others the Insigna modulable in several versions, the popular Vivaro, the small Mokka to the wide shoulders and the new Crossland…
The brand renewing is indeed actually on the roll thanks to the new novelties already presented in 2016 at the Salons of Geneve or Paris. And signs before runner are more than promising at the sales figures, with for the first nine months of 2016 up to a 5% increase. And increases up to 15% on the Belgian-Luxembourg market. We must take in consideration in these positive figures the contribution of the car of the year 2016: the new Astra. As well as the versatile Mokka SUV equipped with the “OnStar” system which made her won the “Connectivity Award 2016”.
The cars of the brand were also present in motor sport with Marijan Griebel who became the first European rally champion by driving his Opel ADAM R2. A majority of these new products will of course be present at the Opel booth from 14 to 22 January at the 95th Motor Show / Auto Show in Brussels. The bulk of the Opel range and all these innovations will be thus presented to the Auto Show, where no fewer than 33 vehicles will be shown including 16 light commercial vehicles.
