The dish / wines agreements  will be put in honor from September 9 to 11th, 2016 at the heart of the Park of Brussels.

On the occasion of the fifth edition of the festival, Brussels’s iconic chefs will marry our gourmet terroir with the one of Bordeaux wines. Go to the gustative discovery during these four days of the Belgian culinary wealth associated with the varied pallet of some Bordeaux wines. Each renowned chef will offer a dish every day. Indeed about fifty wineries and Bordeaux merchants will make you discover the richness and diversity of the Bordeaux vineyards. Diversity, quality and creativity will be at the program this week-end, all dedicated to the pleasures of the mouth. Between two bites, professionals of the culinary and gustative art will introduce you to new techniques and to new knowledges during thematic workshops.


Furthermore, the matching food/wine have been specially developed in collaboration with the “Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux” for the festival. It will be present, for the most great pleasure of the public, and will propose you several workshops throughout the Festival to rediscover in an original and playfull way the Bordeaux wines. And most of all will show you how to taste and appreciate them. Besides to the six Bordeaux regions present (Bordeaux Supérieur / Côtes of Bordeaux / Saint-Emilion, Pomerol and Fronsac / Medoc and Graves / white wines Sweet / dry white wines, rose and sparkling wines), a detached pavilion will be represented with the very favorite wines of professionals of the sector. 100 wines selected for their quality / price ratio, they are distributed in Belgium and they allow to understand the diversity and accessibility of Bordeaux wines.

A gustative & gastronomic voyage not to be missed by all wine lovers and culinary enthusiasts just in front of the Royal Palace… Children will not be left aside with an area of relaxation and games will entirely be dedicated to them.
